The plate, the size and the material, if you have chosen them. If you have not, say where it will hang and how much wall there is.
Licensing or editorial use
The publication, the images or subjects you need, the territory, the run, and your deadline. That is enough to come back with a rate.
Something else
Conservation, a talk, a correction, or a question about a photograph.
